[H-GEN] 2018 AGM

Hello all,

since I've now moved to Melbourne, I have to stop taking an active role in
running Humbug. I won't be able to run the upcoming AGM, or accept any exec
roles going forward, so there's a spare secretary spot for those willing to
step up a tiny bit, hint hint.

I can't really overstate how important humbug has been to my career, it was
the first group i ever joined, it's the group that i've learnt the most
from, and done the most with (think lca and pyconau).

I will be dropping in from time to time, mostly around christmas at a guess.
