Hi all. Quick comment on the AGM minutes.

AGM minutes:

I'm not sure what facilities on the Gold Coast have been looked at but I'd
recommend checking out Gold Coast City Council facilities. GCCC provides
good facilities at a very affordable price. They also offer significant
discounts for community events.

Many of these facilities are close to ample accomodation.

I was on the organising committee for a (non-IT) conference earlier in the
year. We held the conference at the Albert Waterways Community Centre and
were very happy with the venue (and the price).
