[H-GEN] humbug.org.au has moved

At the Exec meeting we decided to change the hosting provider for
humbug.org.au due to performance issues.  The old hosting provider was
extraordinarily cheap (USD$15/yr) and served us well for over a year.
 Recently it began running so slowly the web site became accessible.
 After canvassing this email list for suggestions, the Exec decided to
move to www.digitalocean.com.  The new hosting arrangements will cost
us USD$60/yr.

So as of about 8 PM last night or so humbug.org.au was moved to a new
VM provided by DigialOcean in a Singapore Data Center.  Web and email
services were disabled on the old server just prior to the move, so
they were inaccessible until the DNS updates flowed through.  That
should have happened by now.
