[H-GEN] Severe Weather Event on Saturday may affect Humbug Meeting

The Weather Bureau has issued this warning

affect attendance for the meeting.

I sounds quite bad with 150-200 mm of rain.

I have the gear and will have the key (if the weather doesn't prevent me
from collecting it from Clinton on Saturday).

So what's the call if I decide the weather is too bad to be out in it?
