It has to be picked up from the UQ Business School Office 9AM..4:30PM
Thursday or Friday, and returned on the night of the meeting  by
depositing it into that office's hole in the wall.

The best bet for finding it is googling "uq business school office" as
it gives you a picture of the office, although it omits to mention it's
on Level 2 of Colin Clark.  When you enter the atrium inside Colin Clark
on the group level, the stairs to the office are at the west end.
