Where 'they' means Oliver. It is a one man shop. I also have an Auckland 
VPS with him, with no problems[1]. Support is excellent. Other option is 
Vultr, pretty much like DO, but with a Sydney POP.

[1] only problems encountered were fraud detection signup and not 
getting an IPv6 address on boot, both issues solved within 30 minutes.
