We try to.  Occasionally we are slow to remove old meetings.  Very, very
rarely a meeting gets cancelled because of external factors, like
inability to get a room booking or a clashing open source conference.
If that happens we update the web site immediately, and send emails to
the mailing lists.

They run from 15:00 to 23:50.

No. Almost all of the members go to dinner, typically just one remains
behind to guard the fort.  We start drifting off to dinner at around
18:00 and return at around 19:30.
