​This seems wrong. As I understand it from the website, the next meeting is
on ​29 August. Perhaps Russell could clarify which of the dates will really
be the AGM?

​Assuming the AGM is in fact on 12 September, I can take proxies from
people who would rather give them to somebody who is not now on the Exec
and will not be standing for any position. Once the date is confirmed,
anybody who wishes me to be their proxy can follow the instructions above
to appoint me. I confirm that I am financial and eligible to vote.
