[H-GEN] Password generation tool

When I asked Clinton what the take away from my "Man, Machine and
Passwords" talk was, he said something along the lines of "golly gosh
passwords are bad".  Evidently I didn't communicate my point very
effectively.

I've now published the tool mentioned in that talk - the one that does
password strengthening (aka key stretching, aka password widening).
Whatever you call it, using it means you can protect a file using a
password a human is capable of remembering and be comfortable it's safe
from password crackers, if it is available to all and sundry on the web.
