[H-GEN] Excalibur is back

Excalibur has been down for the past 6 days.  Apologies from the
Sysadmin team for this (ie me).

The reason it disappeared is the VM it was hosted on went AWOL.  That VM
wasn't owned by Humbug so we didn't get any notice.  Oddly the person
who does own it seemed just as surprised at this turn of events as I
was.  Fortunately we have hourly backups.

I have not moved Excalibur to a new VM, which is owned by Humbug.  Along
with the move it has been upgraded the the latest version of Debian
stable (Wheezy).  If you experience any problems please send an email to
sasig at lists.humbug.org.au.
