I thought I'd seen this module before, but apparently not. It's not in
the 2.4.9, nor the 2.4.13 kernels (I skipped the kernels in between these
versions, but I assume it's not in them either).
However, it _does_ appear in the 2.4.14 kernel. Personally, I'd be loathe
to just copy this into any system before 2.4.14, but it's probably safe
(given that the filtering interface hasn't really been changing a lot
lately).
