Hmm. It reminds me of a soc.biter who has muscular pain in her hands
and so types everything in lower case; she doesn't use Emacs, but I
do, so I can reformat her posts to make them easier on my eyes.
I don't know about RSI, but I always use my pinky to hit Escape, too,
so I'm not sure what the gain is. (Escape is also pretty frequently
used in Emacs, though usually dressed up as a meta key.)

It's the Insidious Big Brother Database; it's an elisp package (ie it
runs under emacs) and is available as the `bbdb' package in Debian.
