Just off the top of my head I can tell you that Internode can supply
IPv6 (I have that through them).  They also tend to be less anal (they
allow servers for instance) and more technical than others, so might be
able to help you out with your other requirements.

Buying a business plan from anywhere tends to let you spend more money
on better things.  Internode is ahead of the rest on IPv6 from what I
understand though.
