[H-GEN] Soldering iron tip anti seize?

Sorry about the not really Linux/HUMBUG matter, but since there are EE
on list I thought I'd throw this at their mercy ;)

I've managed to wear back the tip on my Weller WHS 40 a bit and am
planning to replace it. From looking around it seems folks recommend
using some sort of anti seize to stop the tip from binding to the iron.
Any thoughts on what works well (and maybe also where to get it) for
this sort of thing?

Yes, I know the iron I have is overkill for my limited skill :o
