[H-GEN] Golden ticket to be won for LCA 2014

Linux.conf.au 2013 introduced a tweak to the Call For Proposals process --
they gave away a free professional ticket to the conference to someone who
proposed a worthy talk, but didn’t manage to get selected as a speaker for
the conference.
The Linux.conf.au 2014 team likes that idea so much that we’re going to do
it again!

Why give away a ticket? Running a ticket give away as part of the
proposals process encourages submissions from people who otherwise might
not propose content for the conference.

The reality is that there is a lot of competition to get a talk accepted
at Linux.conf.au.
This way, if you don’t get accepted there’s still a benefit to having
proposed something.

So, get those proposals in! The Call for Proposals ends on 6 July, so
you don’t have a lot of time!
