The Humbug AGM went ahead on the 1/Sept/2012 as advertised.  You can

In brief:

  - Last years minutes were confirmed.
  - Reports from the President, Secretary, Treasurer were presented
    and accepted.
  - Elections for the 2012/2013 were held.  Results are as follows:
    . President: Donna Brown
    . Secretary: Russell Stuart
    . Treasurer: Clinton Roy
  - There was some discussion during general business but no motions
    were moved.
