I'd have to chime in on dnsmasq and give it a thumbs up as well. I've 
used it previously for this sort of thing and it was very good for 
simple setups.    Once you start getting into more complicated (multiple 
boot paths/files etc) however you then tend to have to go back to 
dhcpd/bind.
