I had BeOS R5 on my PIII-800. Not quite as cool as a "proper' Be Box, I'll
admit. This would have been shortly after R5's release, which wiki tells me
was in 2000. Before that, I ran Red Hat 5.2. This would have been when I
first joined the club. I can thank Stephen Thorne for the invite, and for
the install & setup of Red Hat.

I do also remember seeing a BeBox at BRISBUG - this would have been, oh,
1995 or so.

Gosh, looking at the dates, it seems such a long time ago.
