Hi All,
Apologies for the lateness of the email!

The next Brisbane Oracle Solaris Users Group meeting is on Monday
March 12 (today!).

This month, we have a guest presenter Jake Carroll from the University
of Queensland.

Jake will (pending the demo gods being kind to him):

* Show how a trivial ActiveDirectory running on VirtualBox atop
an Oracle x4170 can be set up to accept bindings from Mac/Windows/UNIX clients.
* Show how Solaris 11's kclient and smbadm differ and how kclient
can be used interactively to enable, configure and manipulate
active directory bindings on Solaris 11.
* CIFS, windows native file sharing and permissions.

He'll also explain why his current organisation's ageing Windows 2003
AD infrastructure seems to have real problems with Solaris 11.

Who: Anyone with an interest in Solaris. (If you know someone who missed an invite, include them)
When: Monday 12th March. 12:15pm-1:45
What: Lunch.
Where: Level 15 (via Reception on Level 14)
        300 Ann St
        Brisbane

Please let us know if you're coming so we can cater appropriately:

Mark Farmer (mark.farmer at oracle.com)
Shane McGregor (Shane.McGregor at oracle.com)
