[H-GEN] Reminder: Humbug AGM tomorrow at 5PM

A reminder to those who need to use the M1/M3 or travel through the city 
to get there, tomorrow is also Riverfire so leave yourself plenty of 
time to get there and either plan to leave as soon as the AGM finishes 
or plan to stay until at least 8:30-9pm.
