[H-GEN] Julian Assange - born to be wild?

I was recently browsing my distro's repo for interesting new items and
came across one which "provides a fast unix command line interface to a
variety of popular WWW search engines and other artifacts of power. It
reclaims google, altavista, babelfish, dejanews, freshmeat, research
index, slashdot and many others from the false-prophet, pox-infested
heathen lands of html-forms, placing these wonders where they belong, deep
in unix heartland, as god loving extensions to the shell."

Intrigued, I installed it, and found that it delivers as promised -
simple, but quick and effective. I then grabbed the developer's URL from
the RPM package, got a redirection, and found an unexpected answer to my
curiosity:

"Surfraw was originally written by Julian Assange. It is now maintained
and improved by a team of programmers based around the surfraw-devel
mailing list."

The project webpage is at http://surfraw.alioth.debian.org

Seems like our notorious Aussie was born with rebellion in his blood. All
power to Wikileaks!

Carl.
