[H-GEN] Stopping spambots.

The discussion forum on my website has been hit by a spambot every few
minutes for the past few weeks. It's damned clever and persistent.
After modifying my CGI scripts and using the IPP's IP Deny facility
(probably a firewall utility) I went looking for a more permanent
solution. This looks very promising; thought I'd share it:
