[H-GEN] Engineers without Borders PHP request

Hey folks,

One of the organisations I've seen go from nothing to getting lots of
stuff done in the last few years is Engineers without Borders. They
link up engineers of all types with communities that have problems.

They've just done a refresh of their website, and are requesting some
help from PHP programmers to finalise some of their modules.
