[H-GEN] Download Ubuntu

Hi,
I wonder if someone can assist me in downloading and installing Ubuntu onto my laptop at the next Humbug meeting 27th Nov? I'm an expired member, so will rejoin.
Also, can I do livechat with webcam in Ubuntu? The last time I saw Pidgeon, it didn't have that capability.
