I remembered some more details.
I got the remote web workplace email to work last week, on my other
computer, an emac running Mac OS X and firefox. It worked successfully
then, which is why I thought it should work on linux running iceweasel.
I plugged the emac in and tried the website again. I even browsed my
history file to make sure I went to exactly the same place. And this
time it didn't work, instead I got the error I describe above.
So, now I'm thinking that the problem isn't at my end, but at the host's
end. Which means I should just wait a day or two to see if they fix it
themselves.
Cheers,
nick
