[H-GEN] Planet Humbug - time to retire or fix

I would like to see the planet working in the interest of keeping the
community active.
If you know that somebody else is interested in a particular thing you can
start a discussion with them... If you cannot see what other people are up
to and what they are interested in then obviously you won't know who to talk
to and there is an awkward silence as the result.
Just putting in my 2c.
