My confusion, then. I assumed that the video equipment purchased for
HUMBUG would be the same as the video equipment purchased for LCA.
Given that HUMBUG has to purchase video equipment for LCA, and that
funding for this is pretty much a given, would it be possible for
HUMBUG to keep hold of it after LCA?
