[H-GEN] How to make OSDC 2009 Awesome

G'day,

There's lots of talk about LCA'11 on the list at the moment.

I'm after ways to make the conference that I'm running in November, Open
Source Developers Conference, More Awesome.

The only thing I can think of is to yell, 'Good Morning Freedom Lovers'
before each of the keynotes.

Can you give me any more ideas on how to make it a good conference?
