[H-GEN] The first LCA Bid discussion: where do we have it?

A poor choice of words. I meant specifically in regards to LCA. I do enjoy a
genuine technical discussion as much as the next person (or I wouldn't be on
the list at all).

And Paul is quite right, I can always set up a filter to flag posts with
'LCA' in them for reading later or deletion. So I retract my argument -
there are valid reasons for putting it on H-GEN, and I don't want to
interfere with that because I'm too lazy to set up a filter.
