[H-GEN] Schwag Bag

Hi people, 
We had discussions at HUMBUG about not including the Akubra hat in the proffesional delegates Schwag bag. While we still need to fully discuss the pros and cons we will also need to come up with alternatives. Now the price difference between the standard delegates Schwag Bag and the proffesional is about $45 dollars. So what we need is someting that will replace the hat but be well under $45 in cost.
