Rob has been renewing by mailing cheques and forms for years,
I imagine this would be fine.

There used to be a PDF form on the website -- I guess it was a
casualty of the outage. The website also used to list the PO Box
of the club. But I can't find that information right now.

Executive/Secretary: please update the wiki to include the PO Box
address of the club and an electronic membership form.
