[H-GEN] agm items - non exec positions

If anyone is looking to do something for humbug, but doesn't want to
be exec, I can think of a few things:

talks liaison:

(this position is currently called talks maintainer, but I think
liaison fits with the work better) This person
seeks out and accepts speakers for Humbug, makes sure the speaker has
all required tools (projector, whiteboard, etc), organises the room,
advertises on the website and the mailing list, and chaperones the
speaker on the night.
Humbug has an aspirational goal of having a talk every two meetings.

webmaster:

(this position is currently filled very capably by Greg Black, but the
more the merrier). The humbug website is fairly static, the only
dynamic aspect being news and talk content. The humbug web pages are
content heavy, but style free; there's lots of room for improvement
there.

sysadmin:
Humbug's main server, caliburn, is in desperate need of some hard love
by a sysadmin. It's running Debian etch.
