I'm putting my vote on Option 1, it sounds the most interesting of the  
options. Option 3 would be my second choice.

I'm happy to help out by going to venues, etc with the LA  
representatives. I should be available on all of the days proposed by  
LA. If we can arrange everything quickly enough, I'd probably prefer  
this Saturday. Let me know if you need any help chasing people to make  
it all happen.
