Yea.

It's important to note though that RepRaps can not self-replicate in  
this way, it's just a manufacturing environment (a mini factory), not  
an autonomous robot of any kind.
The commodity electronics and some nuts and bolts are acquired, the  
plastic parts can be made in a RapRap.
That aspects make it easy to spread this means of manufacturing, and  
in that sense it's excellent that it will be able to spread  
exponentally.
