[H-GEN] Format output - iostat‏

Hi everyone,

I need some help on formating the output of the iostat -x -d command on my linux machine.

As you can see from the 2nd line, "cciss/c0d0p1" and its data is actually on 2 separated lines. Is there any easy way for me to merge them as one line to be like 1st line, "cciss/c0d0"
