[H-GEN] Apache cgi-bin problem

Had tried that but it didn't seem to work.  In the meantime, I have
discovered that he had a malformed header in his perl script.  Your
suggestion confirmed that I was right in the beginning.

The perl script has been fixed and all is functioning as it should.
