I had already added an OSDC agenda item to the next HUMBUG exec
meeting.  I'm currently waiting on comment from the rest of the exec
before I notify the membership.  The next HUMBUG meeting will be before
the next HUMBUG exec meeting.  We could get the details sorted out at
HUMBUG, which will just leave the exec meeting to ratify any official
HUMBUG involvement, and leave me with less minutes to record.  B-)
