PyFlag has a bunch of neat stuff for taking an image of disks that
were once part of a raid array, and doing 'stuff' with them. It's
geared towards forensics, but it might be useful to you.

http://www.pyflag.org/ looks kinda down, but you should be able to
grab stuff off sourceforge.

Oh, and do real backups in future :)
