[H-GEN] (no subject)

 I realise that this is not strictly a linux/unix request ;but ,would be grateful for any help.. I am currently using windows 2k can connect to BP cable . via Internet Ex & Outlook I have also successfully used both mozilla 1.7 and seamonkey 1.0.5..Recently however I have been unable to connect  Seamonkey Mail although am able to get mail via Outlook Express .This is disconcerting and not really viable for me. I would prefer to use Seamonkey. I have been unsuccessful with Bigpond support . HELP!!! Please.
