Was the power supply brought from Israel with the box? Whenever I
transport boxes that far I get a new case and power supply in the new
location. I do this to avoid the expense of transporting it and because I
don't trust those doing the transporting at all :(

It looks like Israel uses 220-230V and 50Hz (based on RTFM, I couldn't
remember from when I visited).

Several people have already made kind offers to help out. One alternative
is to get the box to HUMBUG. One of the advantages to this approach is
that a HUMBUG meeting generally has decent spare parts to allow for a
process of elimination in diagnosing the problem (and so many h/w faults
end up being found this way).

Cheers,

Rob
