I know that we are not supposed to discuss ISP's and our opinion of them 
on HUMBUG but this thread is just further proof BigPond sucks arse as an 
ISP.

You can't use bog standard client's, their helpdesk script monkey's 
don't have a clue and they charge 50x more than any other ISP for the 
privilege.

"I've been everywhere man..." yeah because the idiots are looking for a 
clue, when they wake up to themselves that being charged $400 on a 
$19.95 plan because they downloaded 1.8G is not a good deal they are 
screwed because they have locked themselves into a 2 year contract.
