[H-GEN] Ram for Toshiba Tecra 8100

G'day All,
I had hoped to extend the life of my Humbug notebook a little longer and 
was just wondering if any one has, and wants to sell, a pair of 256 Mb 
PC 100 SDRAM SODIMM Ram sticks.
There is a chance that it will take the PC 133 SDRAM SODIMM's, but I 
won't know until I try them in situ.
May depend on voltage? ie 3.3 and 5 volt, and I know nothing abut this bit.
