You're going to have to consult an accountant who knows about these 
things in order to get it right - and you don't want to get it wrong, or 
you will have two governments chasing you for money :(
Presumably you have one at the moment for your sole-tradership? They can 
probably refer you to someone who is a specialist.
I'm quite sure there will be someone out there who knows exactly where 
the lines are :)
