We should probably pick a network and stay there - we moved
to oz.org when the UQ irc server disappeared for no good
reason other than people were already there.  Should we move
the channel to OFTC permanently, rather than having people
have to check two?  I can change the irc.humbug.org.au alias
easily enough.
