[H-GEN] can't get IP forwarding/NAT working on new install

Perhaps the problem is that the router has no specific route for the
192.168.0.0 network?  It doesn't know that traffic for
192.168.0.0/255.255.255.0 addresses needs to go via  the
192.168.1.1interface so it will try to send it via ppp0.
