You need to install the qt3 libraries.

skype depends on:

$ prt-get depends skype
prt-get: using cache
-- dependencies ([i] = installed)

[i] freetype
[i] libpng
[i] libtiff
[i] fontconfig
[i] lcms
[i] x11
[i] libmng
[i] qt3
