Hi Simon,

I don't know if this counts as low-cost for RDRAM, but Buyequip 
(www.buyequip.net) have Rambus stuff:
RD Ram PC800 2x128Mb $80.00
RD Ram and Terminator 256 Mb $80.00
2x256Mb $150.00
