[H-GEN] Libre Graphics Meeting Postmortem talk proposed

I would love to hear a talk about graphics stuff. Let me know if you'd
like someone to proof read slides or anything like that.

Unfortunately Humbug doesn't have a talks maintainer at the moment, so
organising date and time for these things is hard. I'd like to ask the
executive to make sure that one of them takes talks seriously and
steps up to the plate until someone takes on the role. We just need
someone to avoid clashing talks, to make sure the rowdy crowd is kept
quiet, and to make sure that any talk is advertised at least a week
out. Where does the talks-maintainer alias go to these days?
