I just compared an email of mine from a few weeks ago (prior to my
email client update, it was my announcement of my new DVD burner) to the
one you just sent. They are both -
Content-Type: text/plain;
charset="us-ascii"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 7bit
With no further encoding or partitioning. So they should both appear
the same in your webmail. This has been the format I have been sending
in for ages, until I updated my email client yesterday and that format
was no longer an option.
This email should end up as -
Content-Type: multipart/mixed;
Which logically splits it into several parts, probably the text and the
GPG signature. As I have said a few times, I would like to change
back, but the new email client won't let me. For now, GPG signing is
more important, so I put up with it.
