Well this web site (http://www.novell.com/products/desktop/) says
"Download Evaluation version", the evaluation part of it to me indicates
that it may be "open source" but you will need to pay them to continue
to run it after the "evaluation" period has ended.
If that is not the situation they should word it better.

Well I am only at the school for 3 months filling in for a guy that has
taken three months off to help develop a e-commerce web site, so I will
probably not be around long enough to see any major changes such as
this.
